Founder
Meet our aesthetic nurse injector and founder, Nicole Ports, a dedicated Ohio native with over 23 years of experience as a nurse, specializing in emergency medicine. Throughout her illustrious career, she has honed her skills as a travel nurse, gaining invaluable experience across diverse healthcare settings.
Driven by her passion for aesthetics and wellness, Nicole pursued additional certifications in neurotoxins and dermal fillers through the esteemed American Academy Of Facial Esthetics. This advanced training enables her to offer expert guidance and precise treatments to enhance her clients' natural beauty.
Not content with mastering one field, Nicole expanded her expertise by becoming a Certified Fitness Trainer (CFT) through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA). For 17 years, she owned and operated FAB Training, where she empowered individuals to achieve their fitness goals and live healthier lives.
Now, Nicole brings her wealth of knowledge and multifaceted skillset to the realm of cosmetic injectables and weight loss solutions. As a seasoned practitioner, she is deeply committed to enhancing her patients' lives and self-image through personalized, nonsurgical treatments.
With a focus on individualized care, Nicole takes a holistic approach to cosmetic enhancement, tailoring each treatment to suit her patients' unique needs and preferences. MAGGIE TAYLOR, FNP-BC, MSN, RN-BC, CNL
Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner
Maggie Taylor brings over 19 years of diverse clinical expertise and leadership to her role at FAB Aesthetics. With a background rooted in critical care, quality improvement, and advanced practice nursing, she is known for delivering thoughtful, results-driven care with a calm, confident presence.
Maggie began her career in pediatric intensive care after earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from West Virginia Wesleyan College in 2006. She later pursued her first Master of Science in Nursing at Walsh University, where she specialized in evidence-based practice and clinical systems improvement. Her dedication to advancing patient care led her to obtain certifications in both Nursing Professional Development (RN-BC) and Clinical Nurse Leadership (CNL).
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Maggie felt called back to the bedside—this time with a focus on wellness and prevention. She returned to Walsh to complete a second MSN and became a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner in 2025. It was through this journey that she discovered a passion for aesthetic medicine, where clinical science and patient confidence intersect.
At FAB Aesthetics, Maggie is committed to helping patients look and feel their best through personalized, minimally invasive treatments. She approaches every consultation with empathy, precision, and a deep understanding of the balance between inner wellness and outer beauty.
When she’s not in the treatment room, Maggie enjoys traveling with her husband and two children and values quality time spent in nature, new places, and meaningful connection.
KORTNEY FINN, BSN, RN
Aesthetic Nurse
Kortney is an accomplished Registered Nurse with over 16 years of clinical experience and a deep-rooted passion for integrative wellness and aesthetic medicine. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and spent the majority of her nursing career in critical care, where she developed exceptional clinical judgment and a calm, expert presence in high-acuity settings. For the past five years, she has expanded her focus to functional medicine, reinforcing her commitment to preventative care and whole-body health.
Kortney is certified in the administration of neurotoxins and dermal fillers through the American Medical Educators Training (AMET). As an Aesthetic Nurse, she is known for her meticulous technique and artistic approach, delivering refined, natural-looking results that enhance each client’s unique features. Her goal is to help individuals feel confident, radiant, and authentically themselves.
Beyond aesthetics, Kortney is a certified Group Fitness Instructor through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and leads classes at Orangetheory Fitness, where she inspires others to prioritize movement and strength. Outside the clinic and studio, she cherishes time spent outdoors with her husband and five children.

BRITTANY (BRI) PEAK
Licensed Advanced Esthetician
Brittany, known affectionately as Bri, is an experienced Licensed Advanced Esthetician dedicated to delivering radiant skin and confidence-boosting results. With advanced expertise in HydraFacials, microneedling, dermaplaning, and medical-grade skincare, she combines transformative outcomes with a soothing, luxurious touch.
Her background spans both high-end spa and medical aesthetics, earning her a reputation for meticulous precision, personalized treatment plans, and unwavering professionalism. Clients trust Bri for her ability to make every visit feel exclusive, comfortable, and deeply rejuvenating.
Bri is also pursuing certification in permanent makeup, expanding her artistry to provide clients with beautiful, confidence-enhancing options beyond skincare.

JASON WRIGHT, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Jason Wright is a seasoned medical professional with a comprehensive background in General Surgery and a specialized focus on Cosmetic Surgery. His journey began with training in General Surgery in Detroit, Michigan, and further flourished as he pursued a Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship in Salt Lake City, Utah. Since 2015, Dr. Wright has been at the helm of his private cosmetic surgery practice in Washington State, where he leads a team that performs a range of full body cosmetic surgery procedures and runs a thriving med spa.
With a strong foundation in aesthetics, Dr. Wright's expertise spans various dimensions of aesthetic medicine. His aesthetics training commenced during his fellowship in Salt Lake City, where he acquired proficiency in performing diverse aesthetic procedures, including fillers, neuromodulators, lasers, and surgery. Driven by a commitment to staying at the forefront of the field, he has actively participated in numerous group and private training sessions for neuromodulators and fillers. Additionally, his practice plays a pivotal role in knowledge dissemination by hosting private and group training sessions to ensure the team stays abreast of general knowledge and the latest techniques.
Dr. Wright's influence extends beyond his private practice, as he has been instrumental in helping two clinics establish successful foundations. His wealth of experience and dedication to advancing aesthetic medicine makes him a valuable collaborator and leader in the field.
