CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a 24-hour advance notice when rescheduling or canceling any appointment type at Ethereal Glow Aesthetics. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and applicable towards you treatment. If you reschedule or cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment or no-show, your $50.00 non-refundable deposit will be forfeited. Please review our med spa policies for more details.
We understand that unexpected circumstances may occur. By notifying us in advance, we may accommodate other patients. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment more than 24 hours in advance, your non-refundable $50.00 deposit may be applied to future treatments.
